Remote Support
By installing a small utility onto your system, IT Scotland is able to share your screen with you. This means from our computers in our office we can see exactly what is on your monitor and control your computer, normally allowing us to fix your problem immediately. All you have do to is concentrate on other work while we solve your problem.

Onsite Engineers
When all else fails IT Scotland will make sure that an engineer with the right skills attends your office as quickly as scheduling and traffic allow. We understand that when things go wrong your productivity is reduced and we will respond to your demands urgently and efficiently.
